Does Blogging Have a Marking Scheme?

Does blogging have a marking scheme to determine who's a good blogger and who's not? As I scroll through Innit at times, I see flames of people danging here and there. And does the band of the blogger determines the quality of the blogger? Seriously, I don't know.

But I know in the education system there's always been something called marking scheme and with this we are given grades for the examination/answer we wrote. And for some dim-witted situations, the markers/lecturers/teachers are not familiar with the subject or examination course they are marking, so to put it simple shit happens all the time.

Does the lecturers that mark our paper even read it, or the just go "keywords" treasure hunting?

As for my university, some imbecile mark the paper accordingly 100% to the marking scheme this includes synonyms and the writing format. So if we write a word, similarly to the "keyword", we get a zero,0. Doesn't matter even if we understand the question or not, they just want us to write it the way it is in the textbook/notes. In other words, we need to memorize and eat a whole 1kg textbook for each subject(not including notes). Come on-lah! students are human too, we don't have some out-of-the-world memory card slot to put kilograms of textbook and notes into us.

If we need to memorize this much of book, then we would spent the rest of our lifes with books too! Makan Buku, Tidur Buku and maybe Kahwin Buku also.

In my opinion, the education system of Malaysia is kinda messed up. We don't learn by understanding the subject but instead we learn by memorizing, so if we're given a practical situation, many would be unable to comprehend or even know what to do or what to apply. Remember our "Pendidikan Moral" we used to have? The 12 or 18 "nilai-nilais" I assume, what use does it gives? We memorized them to score for SPM but does all the "A" scorers apply the values they had learned from the subject? Similarly, this applies to almost all subjects in my university. If we only get an "A" by memorizing, I don't think I need that "A", it is just not right.

"Politeness", I bet everyone in Malaysia is very polite =)

The university education system give mission and vision statements that are to build independent students that can think and act on their own, saying that they want to build future leaders etc. but in reality they are teaching us to be followers of a higher authority. By all means, we must obey, follow and shut up!

This is "not" my university's rules.

I am not even allowed to comment about my university as it is written in the "rule and regulations guide" if I'm not mistaken, so everyone please do me a favor and SHHhhhhh =P

PS: I hope that blogs are not rated by some what-so-ever marking scheme as blogging to me is about writing your thoughts and writing about yourself in it, not about how many ads you have or how popular you are.

By Your Side

Sometimes, we just can't reach our hands for the one we love,
We just can't be there for them when they need us most,
When they're sick,
We can't be there to care for them,
We can't comfort them,
We can't give them the warmth they want,
All that we can do is,
To show our deepest concern for them.

Side note to a sick friend today :-

What is Your Cup of Tea??

Enjoying a nice cup of tea is really really nice, but everyone have their favorite cup of tea. It's just a matter of self preference. This concept applies the same to love. Let me just you how similar love selection and enjoying a cup of tea can be.
Firstly, is simple, we pick a cup we think we might like or preferred. The design, the exterior features. So, this is the outer features of someone. So might like a solid cup, some might like a colourful and joyful cup, and some like an expensive cup.

So, we select one out of the hundreds

Once we have picked the cup, is now the time to pick the tea. Now this is the matter of taste. The inner taste. Whether it is cool or warm etc.
*Warning* You can't really know how it taste until you have tasted it right? As all tea you see might look nice but it might also turn out bad. So be careful during the choosing process.

Unknown tea bags to be choose from sometimes, which is good and which is bad?

Now, we have the cup and the tea, now is time to add in the hot water and wait patiently for the tea leaves to "open". As a cook always say, "the preparing method is very important", so the process will influence the tea at the end. Too fast and it will end up tasteless, too slow and the tea will become too bitter. The right timing is always the best.

Tea went bad. When this happens, throw them away ok?

After patiently waiting for the tea to fully be as one with the cup and water, it is time to cherish and enjoy them. For all the things we went through to get this nice cup of tea rite?

Sometimes we just don't know what we can find in a nice cup of tea =)

------------------------------------------

Sometimes, everyone wants the same cup of tea. What will you do?

PS: "Sometimes, it does not matter why or what, I just love you for who you are, and even if I'm not your cup of tea, I will still wait here patiently, for the moment you pour in the hot water"

Sometimes, we just can't show enough.

"I love you thiiis much, or even more but I'm afraid my arms are too short to express just how much I LOVE you."

If would your boyfriend/girlfriend ask you how much you love him/her? What would you answer?

This is something unmeasurable by anyone. There's answer such as "I love you forever" &
"I love you more than some highest mountain or some largest ocean in what-so-ever land", but do this really show how much you love a person? Words are infinity, that is one might say something and not do the same. Let's say for example(something that happen very often), Ah Beng and Ah Lian is a couple, and during their honeymoon moons, they said they loved each other for eternity and more. But after 3 months, they broke up and ended up hating each other. So its your love that is "eternity" only last for a moment?

Or do we say something like, "If you love me this much , you would go and buy me a Ferrari, Gucci Bag, LV Purse etc.?" Is love something measurable by money? Can we make out some equation for how deep is our love? Seriously, I don't know and if anyone out there have some ways to measure them, then please do let me know =)

Is this the equation?

To me, love is not measurable. It is shown and expressed to the one you love. And of course you can't compare them with others. You can't go telling you friends, my girlfriend love me more cause she's more pretty or my boyfriend love me more cause he buys me a Ferrari. If love can be measured this way, then our daily conversation will ended up like this,

Girl 1: My boyfriend-hor, very love me one! He bought me a bag-lah
Girl 2: My boyfriend love me more-lah, he bought me a Nike bag!

Girl 3: Nono, my boyfriend more-lah! he bought me a Gucci bag!

Girl 4: Mine more mine more, he bought me a LV bag you know!

Girl 5: My boyfriend is the best lah he bought me a gold, diamond decorated, silver plating bag from some ang moh country!

(Things just goes on, and it will never ends)

Every individual is different from another, we show and express our love in different way, but most importantly we are there for the one we love when they need us most.

"Sometimes, we don't stop loving someone, we just stop showing it, it is and always will be in our hearts =)"

PS: Don't take things for granted or you will regret it someday.
